1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Collegify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to students, parents, and college partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent), a resident of India, and a NEET-appearing student seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS colleges anywhere in India. All information you provide must be accurate.
3. Our Services
Collegify provides college matching based on academic profile, scholarship discovery, expert counselling sessions, application assistance, and parent dashboards. We do not guarantee admission. Our matching system provides estimates based on historical cutoff data.
4. Subscription & Payment
• Student + Parent Plan: ₹399 one-time (no monthly fees) • Payment via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) • Subscription activates immediately upon payment • GST included in ₹399
5. Refund Policy
Full ₹399 refund if: • You submitted 3+ college applications through Collegify • None of the applied colleges admitted you • Request made within 30 days of season end No refund if you received admission, submitted fewer than 3 applications, or made a late request.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate academic information • Not share your account credentials • Not submit fake applications or misrepresent your profile • Maintain respectful communication with counsellors • Not scrape or reverse-engineer our platform
7. Counselling Sessions
Sessions must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows may be counted as used sessions. Collegify does not guarantee specific outcomes from counselling.
8. College Partner Terms
Partners agree to: • Pay commission only on confirmed enrollment (15% of first-year fees) • Provide accurate information about seats, fees, cutoffs • Update admission status within 7 days of decision
9. Intellectual Property
All content — matching algorithm, college data, scholarship database, UI, branding — is owned by Collegify. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Collegify is not liable for admission decisions, inaccuracies in historical cutoff data, or technical issues beyond our control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid (₹399).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email or WhatsApp. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
