We collect information you provide when you create an account or use our services: • Personal details: name, email, phone number • Academic info: Class 12 marks, NEET score, target stream (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) • Location preferences: preferred states and cities for medical college • Parent info: name, email, phone if linked • Payment info: processed securely by Cashfree (we never store card details) • Communications: messages with counsellors, support tickets
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: • Match you with colleges based on your academic profile • Connect you with expert counsellors • Find scholarship opportunities you qualify for • Track and update your application status • Send WhatsApp and email notifications about applications • Process payments and issue refunds • Improve our matching algorithm
3. Sharing of Information
We share your data only in these cases: • With colleges you apply to: we share your profile with that specific college only • With assigned counsellors: to provide guidance • With Cashfree: for payment processing • Legal requirements: if required by law We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT share your data with colleges you haven't applied to.

We protect your data with: • TLS/SSL encryption in transit • Hashed passwords (never stored in plain text) • Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls • Regular security audits • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Cashfree
5. Your Rights

• Account data: retained while active + 2 years after deletion • Application data: 5 years (legal requirement) • Payment records: 7 years (GST compliance) • Chat transcripts: 2 years
